The Oregon State Police are continuing their investigation into Monday afternoon's pedestrian-involved collision that occurred on Highway 99E near Hayesville Drive NE just north of Salem. The pedestrian received minor injury and no citations have been issued at this time
(October 19, 2014, 1:49 pm) BLACK BUTE, Ore
The operator of the Dodge Caliber,Tiffany Fefelov, age 27, her husband Fred Fefelov, age 34, and their daughter Mila Fefelov, age 7 months, from Sherwood, all suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash. The operator of the Suburban, Francis Hart, age 78, and his wife, Sally Hart, age 77, from Salem, were uninjured in the crash.

Initial investigation indicates a 2004 BMW sport utility vehicle driven by Adelina Teresa Barrera, age 80, from Tigard, was southbound on Interstate 5 when, for an unconfirmed reason, it traveled at a high rate of speed onto the shoulder though a grassy field and into a wooded area.

Oregon State Police, with the assistance of the Marion County Medical Examiner, are continuing the investigation into the cause of a motorcycle crash that resulted in the death of an adult male Monday afternoon. The crash occurred along Highway 214 near the north boundary of Silver Falls State Park south of Silverton.
(October 13, 2014, 10:38 am) GATES, Ore Highway 22 was partially blocked Monday morning for a couple hours after several vehicles struck a downed tree on Highway 22 between Gates and Detroit in Marion County. No vehicle occupants required transport to a hospital and two of the damaged vehicles were towed from the scene.
(October 13, 2014, 12:44 am) BUXTON, Ore Early Sunday morning, deputies responded to a roll-over crash on Highway 26 where at least one person was ejected and two others fled the scene. They were eventually found and the driver is facing charges.
(October 11, 2014, 6:47 pm) VENETA, Ore- On October 10, 2014 approximately 2:45 p.m., a 2006 Mercedes Benz driven by Jerry Byron (J.B.) Howell, age 80, from Walton, was traveling westbound on Highway 126W near milepost 48 when it traveled across the eastbound lane and off the road, crashing into a tree.

Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation into the cause of Monday morning's single vehicle fatal traffic crash that occurred off Highway 58 at Parkway Road in the Pleasant Hill area of Lane County.
On October 6, 2014 at approximately 7:20 a.m., OSP and local emergency responders received a report of a single vehicle crash on Highway 58 at Parkway Road. Shortly after arrival, the male driver was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash that happened at an unknown time during the night.
