(SALEM, Ore.) — The FBI and Marion County Sheriff’s Office are asking the public’s help to identify a bank robber.
The robbery occurred Thursday evening just after 5pm. The target of the robbery was a Wells Fargo inside the Safeway in the 3300 block of Lancaster.
The man walked up to the teller and demanded cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money he walked out of the store in an unknown direction. MCSO attempted to track the suspect with a K-9, but was unsuccessful.
Witnesses describe the man as a white, in his mid fifties to mid sixties. He is about 5 foot 8 inches to 5 foot 10 inches tall, and weighs about 160 Lbs.
