(SALEM, Ore) — On December 3, 2014 at approximately 1:10 AM, a suspect walked into the Seven Eleven located at 1690 Market St NE and asked the clerk for a pack of cigarettes.
After obtaining the cigarettes, the suspect told the clerk he had a bomb and would not be paying for them.
The suspect was described as a white male, 35 to 40 years of age, 5'08" to 5'11", medium build, with short brown hair and a thin beard with a goatee.
He was wearing a gray short sleeve t-shirt under a dark blue vest, red pajama pants, and dark colored skater styled shoes.
He was last seen running southeast from the store.
Photos of the suspect have been circulated throughout the Salem criminal justice community with negative results.
They are now being released to the public with the hope someone will recognize him.
