UPDATE: Missing Seven Year Old Found Safe

(MCMINNVILLE, Ore) — McMinnville Police Department says that it learned early this morning that Paul Bute turned himself in at Ashland Police Department and Reagan was with him.
She appears to be unharmed.
McMinnvlle police are in conversation with Ashland police to determine what action to take from here.
