Investigators Seize Drugs in Clackamas County

— On Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, investigators with the Clackamas County Interagency Task Force served search warrants at 10535 SE 86th Ave. in unincorporated Clackamas County.

The search warrants were the culmination of an investigation into the alleged unlawful distribution of cocaine, crack cocaine and prescription pills by suspects Dion Laval Allen, 50, and his wife Tricia Dawn Allen, 40.

During the search warrant, investigators seized approximately 10 ounces of powder Cocaine, an ounce-and-a-half of Crack Cocaine, one ounce of suspected Heroin, and an undisclosed number of prescription pills.

Investigators also seized approximately $71,000 in U.S. currency.

Investigators arrested Dion Allen and charged him with Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone), Conspiracy to Deliver Cocaine, and Conspiracy to Deliver a Prohibited Controlled Substance.



Tricia Allen was arrested on charges of DCS cocaine, PCS cocaine and DCS oxycodone.

His bail was set at $105,000. Her bail was set at $65,000.

Both Dion and Tricia Allen were lodged at Clackamas County Jail.

They were later released after a total of $17,000 cash for bail was posted.
