Missing patient from the Portland VA Medical Center

(PORTLAND, Ore. ) — Update: The missing patient was located around 2:30 pm.
The Portland VA Medical Center is requesting assistance from the public to locate a missing patient who left the Portland VA Medical Center located at 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Rd. Portland, OR 97239. The hospital is on Marquam Hill adjacent to Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). The patient was last seen at the hospital at approximately 7:30 a.m. today - Saturday, Oct. 4.
Mr. Randall Dick Radke is a 61 year-old male caucasian, 5' 11" tall. He has short light brown/grey hair; blue eyes, 150 pounds, thin build, no teeth, and is in a wheelchair. He was last wearing black jeans and a dark long sleeved shirt.
For the health and welfare of Mr. Radke, he needs to return to the hospital as soon as possible. Mr. Radke may display confusion; he is not a risk to the public in any way.
