FOUND! Police Need Help Locating Missing Vancouver Man
Police say on Tuesday around 7:00 p.m., 79-year-old Kinnard Dillard left his residence in the 500 block of Miami Way in Vancouver driving his white 4-door 1991 Buick Park Avenue with Washington plates AEN 4830.
(VANCOUVER, Wash. ) — Police in Vancouver, Washington are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
Police say on Tuesday around 7:00 p.m., 79-year-old Kinnard Dillard left his residence in the 500 block of Miami Way in Vancouver driving his white 4-door 1991 Buick Park Avenue with Washington plates AEN 4830.
Dillard told his wife he was going shopping, but he did not return. Dillard is in the early stages of dementia, and is sometimes forgetful, police said.
Dillard is described as a black male, 5'10'', and about 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, khaki pants and white shoes.
If you see Dillard, or his vehicle, Vancouver police ask that you call 9-1-1 for a welfare check on Mr. Dillard.
Update 6:00 p.m.:
Vancouver Police say Mr. Dillard was located in Skamania County on Wednesday. He is safe, and will be reunited with family, police said.
