Suspect Sought in Portland Bank of America Robbery Thursday Afternoon

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 40’s, 5'2, thin build, scruffy face, close-cropped hair, and bald on top.

— Portland police along with the FBI are searching for a suspect who robbed a Portland Bank of America Thursday afternoon.

Portland police say they were called to the Bank of America branch, located at 10201 Southeast Washington Street on the report of an armed bank robbery just after 3:00 p.m.

When officers arrived and talked with bank employees, they said the suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded money.

The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, and was last seen on the north side of the bank.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 40’s, 5'2, thin build, scruffy face, close-cropped hair, and bald on top. He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and tan pants. The suspect was armed with a handgun.
