Truck Hauling Hay Crashes; Load of Hay on Fire in NE Salem
Hazelgreen Road NE is CLOSED until crews get the fire out, and clear the roadway of the burnt hay.
(SALEM, Ore. ) — A truck hauling a load of hay has crashed on Hazelgreen Green Road NE near the intersection with Cordon Road NE in Salem.
The load of hay spilled onto Hazelgreen Road and caught fire. Marion County Fire District #1 crews, and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office are on scene.
Hazelgreen Road NE is CLOSED until crews get the fire out, and clear the roadway of the burnt hay.
This is right near E.Z. Orchards, located at 5504 Hazelgreen Rd NE.
No injuries have been reported.
