Washington Man Arrested in Oregon for Taking Photo’s Up Woman’s Skirt

Officers learned that the suspect was caught taking pictures underneath a woman's skirt as she was bending down to look at some shoes.

— Portland Police arrested a Vancouver, Washington man after he was caught taking pictures up a woman’s skirt.

Portland Police spokesman Sgt. Pete Simpson says officers responded Monday evening to the Nordstrom Rack, located at 245 Southwest Morrison Street.

When they arrived a Nordstrom Loss Prevention Officer had detained the suspect identified as 26-year-old Carlos Felipe Flores-Tellez.

Officers learned that the suspect was caught taking pictures underneath a woman's skirt as she was bending down to look at some shoes.

Officers seized the suspect's phone as evidence and he was placed into custody without incident.

Flores-Tellez was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Invasion of Personal Privacy and Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree.
