Lebanon police say they were called to the apartment complex just after 2:00 a.m., after several callers reported a female with a firearm.
(LEBANON, Ore. ) — Police in Lebanon arrested a woman early Sunday morning after an armed disturbance at the Queen Anne Apartments at 142 E. Elmore Street.

When officers arrived on scene, they could hear a verbal confrontation going on. Officers located the source of the yelling, and officers observed 36-year-old Blainey Elkins pointing a firearm at another female.
As a officer began giving verbal commands for Elkins to drop the firearm, a struggle ensued between Elkins and the other female, and during the struggle the firearm was removed from Elkins possession.
Officers arrested Elkins on charges of Unlawful Use of Firearm, 2 counts of Pointing a Firearm at Another, 5 counts of Reckless Endangering Another, 2 counts of Menacing.
