Water monitoring has confirmed the presence of high levels of cyanotoxins produced by blue-green algae. These dangerous toxin concentrations in the water can be harmful to humans and animals.
The Oregon Health Authority issued a health advisory on Monday due to high levels of blue-green algae in Cullaby Lake, located just off Highway 101 between Astoria and Seaside in Clatsop County.
