Ducks Sweep Weekend with Win over Loyola Marymount
(August 31, 2014, 5:52 pm) EUGENE, Ore. The Ducks are on a three-game winning streak and swept their first set of weekend matches since the 2011 season.

Led by a late goal from Kristen Parr, the Oregon soccer team (3-1-0) defeated Loyola Marymount (2-1-1), 1-0, Sunday afternoon at Papé Field.

#3 Oregon Pounds South Dakota, 62-13
(August 31, 2014, 7:35 am) EUGENE, Ore. The Ducks had little trouble scoring, piling up 466 first-half yards on the way to a 41-13 halftime lead.(Video)

Oregon's 2014 regular season got off to a rousing start with a 62-13 win over visiting South Dakota before 57,388 fans in Autzen Stadium on Saturday night.

Ducks Win Oregon Invitational
(August 31, 2014, 6:00 am) EUGENE, Ore. The Ducks went 3-0 for the weekend after defeating Ohio State on Friday and were crowned Oregon Invitational Champions.

The Oregon volleyball team won two matches, Saturday defeating Central Arkansas in straight sets, 25-19, 25-13, 25-16 and closing out a five setter against Illinois State 23-25, 25-10, 25-12, 22-25, 15-8.

Oregon Downs Ohio State in Three Sets
(August 30, 2014, 7:50 am) EUGENE, Ore. A key for Oregon were fast starts in each set, setting the tone early.

The Oregon Volleyball team was on top of its game to open the season, Friday, as the Ducks defeated Ohio State in three sets, 25-22, 25-12, 25-16.

Lady Ducks Blank Gaels, 2-0
(August 30, 2014, 7:34 am) EUGENE, Ore. After an scoreless first half, in which the Ducks outshot the Gaels 6-2, Oregon’s offense came out ready to push in the second.

After two quick goals in the second half, the Oregon soccer team defeated Saint Mary’s, 2-0, Friday evening at Papé Field.

Even though kickoffs are scheduled at different times, traffic heading south to Eugene may encounter departure traffic from Corvallis with possible heavy congestion between Albany and Eugene.
