— A visiting Spanish instructor at Willamette University was arrested by Salem Police Detectives on February 11 and charged with Public Indecency.

The instructor, 33-year old Antonio Martin-Ledesma, is from Seville, Spain, but has been instructing Spanish classes at Willamette University for the past two years.

The charges stem from three incidents during November and December of 2014 when Martin-Ledesma was observed by faculty and students exposing himself and touching his genitals in a sexual manner in the library on the Willamette campus.

As a result he was taken into custody and charged with three counts of Public Indecency.

Salem Police Detectives are continuing the investigation to determine if other incidents occurred that may have been witnessed.

Anyone with further information concerning Martin-Ledesma is asked to call Salem Police Detective Scotty Nowning at 503-540-2346.
