Woodburn police arrested Craig Chadwick, 52, of Woodburn at about 2pm Monday on several drug and theft-related charges. It all got started days before when Woodburn Police started getting complaits of a Marijuana grow at 1180 Dellmoor Way in Woodburn.
(WOODBURN, Ore) — Woodburn police arrested Craig Chadwick, 52, of Woodburn at about 2pm Monday on several drug and theft-related charges.
It all got started days before when Woodburn Police started getting complaits of a Marijuana grow at 1180 Dellmoor Way in Woodburn.
Officers spent the next few days inveigating Mr. Chadwick and developed cause to contact him.
After that contact Monday afternoon, police obtained a search warrent and entered the property at 1180 Dellmoor Way in Woodburn.
Evidence collected included two fire arms, one of which was reported stolen, and three pounds of recently cut Marijuana.
This and other evidence caused police to beleive Mr. Chadwick was selling the drug.
The charges against Chadwick include possession of marijuana, theft in the first degree, felon in possession of a firearm, and manufacturing, delivery of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school, asthe property is located near both Frnch Prarie Middle School, and Lincoln Elementry School.
Chadwick was lodged in the Marion County Jail.
