Update: Chloe Nelson has been located safe in California and is currently being reunited with her family. It appears as though her disappearance was staged, and the investigation is continuing.
A truck and two trailers loaded with hay were significantly damaged Wednesday afternoon in a fire along the westbound lanes of Interstate 84 east of Stanfield.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Teddy Stivahtis, Jr., charged in the October 13, 2014, robbery of a Chase Bank in Canby. Agents have charged Stivahtis, via criminal complaint, with one federal count of bank robbery.

Oregon State Police, with the assistance of the Marion County Medical Examiner, are continuing the investigation into the cause of a motorcycle crash that resulted in the death of an adult male Monday afternoon. The crash occurred along Highway 214 near the north boundary of Silver Falls State Park south of Silverton.
Shortly before 5:00pm Firefighters were called to a report of a residential fire with a person trapped at 3830 SE Adams St. in Milwaukie. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the house and were told by the home owner that his wife was still inside, unable to get out.
Gresham police detectives and the East County Major Crimes Team are attempting to locate Teddy Stivahtis Jr., 36, now considered a suspect in the Oct. 10 stabbing murder of Deanna Stivahtis. Teddy, who is Deanna's nephew, was seen driving Deanna's van away from her residence before her body was discovered.
Salem Police Detectives are asking for assistance from the public in locating a 14-year old female who is missing from her residence in South Salem. Chloe Olivia Nelson, a 14-year old white female juvenile, was discovered missing from her residence at approximately 6:00 am on October 14.
