The Salem Police Department is on scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident on Center St NE at Illinois St NE involving a single vehicle v. pedestrian. Center St NE will be closed from Vinyard St NE to Hawthorne Ave NE for the next 3 hours while the Traffic Control Unit of the Salem Police Department investigates the incident.
