Police in Gresham Need Help Locating Missing 88-Year-Old Man

— Gresham Police took a report of a missing 88 year-old man named Harry Burnette who was last seen on October 3, 2014 at 3:00 PM near NE 186th Ave. and NE Everett Ct. A short time later, Burnette was located by an ambulance from American Medical Response (AMR) in Portland. Burnette was taken to Emanuel Hospital for a bump on his head and to be checked out. The Gresham Police thank the public for the help looking for Burnette.

 

The Gresham Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 88-year-old man who suffers from mild dementia.

Harry Burnette was last seen at his residence near NE 186th Ave. and NE Everett Ct. at approximately 3:00 p.m. on October 2.

Burnette is a Caucasian male with white hair, approximately 5‘7“ and 145 pounds. He uses a purple cane and was last seen wearing a black baseball cap and black jacket that say "Spirit Mountain", a red long sleeve wool shirt, and blue jeans.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Gresham police at 503-618-2719.
