Oregon State University and 10 other prominent research universities have formed a nationwide alliance aimed at helping retain and ultimately graduate more first-generation students and students from low-income families.

Corvallis Police Department investigators on Friday arrested 67-year-old Susan Bower of Monroe for Aggravated Theft in the First Degree and Computer Crime.

Corvallis Police have arrested a 59-year-old Vancouver, Washington man after he contacted an undercover online account of a Corvallis Police Detective posing as a female juvenile.
