One of these vehicle stops also involved several baggies of methamphetamine being tossed out of a vehicle in a residential neighborhood. The potential that this could have harmed curious children is significant.
Over the weekend McMinnville Police made several arrests and drug seizures.

Woodburn police arrested Pedro Gonzalez-Espinoza, 19, of Woodburn, after responding to a fight in the 300 block of Baylor Street in Woodburn on Oct. 4 at 5:19 p.m. Witnesses reported a firearm had been seen pointed at people.

Deputies initially received a call from a citizen driving on Silverton Road who reported a male subject walking in the roadway.
