SUV Hits Woman on Bench Pushes Her Through Window
The woman was transported to Salem Hospital with unknown injuries
(SALEM, Ore) — Earlier this evening a woman was struck by an SUV while she sat on a bench in front of the EZ Laundry in South Salem.
The driver remained on the scene, and police tell us that alcohol was not a factor.

The SUV struck her shoving her through a window of the laundry mat ripping the bench she was sitting on out of the concrete.
The only thing that stopped the vehicle from going completely into the building was the structural wall at the end building.
People at the business next door heard the crash and came out to find a woman pinned under the SUV.
They said she was talking but didn't know what had happened to her.
