Vancouver Man Arrested for Exposing Himself at Clackamas Old Navy

The suspect allegedly exposed himself in a sexual manner to two small children, ages 6 and 10.

— On Tuesday, detectives with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Child Abuse Team made an arrest in the Sept. 20 indecent-exposure incident at the Old Navy in Clackamas Promenade.

Detectives arrested 58-year-old Peter Sugich of Vancouver, Washington in Portland in the late afternoon on Tuesday.

Sugich allegedly exposed himself in a sexual manner to two small children, ages 6 and 10, who told their parents right after the incidents occurred.

He was booked at Clackamas County Jail on felony Public Indecency. Bail is set at $200,000.

Sugich will be charged with two counts of felony Public Indecency. These will be felony charges because Sugich has a prior conviction for Public Indecency and is a registered sex offender.
