— A woman from Molalla, Oregon was injured Wednesday morning in a rollover traffic crash off Highway 211 near S. Palmer Road west of Molalla.

Oregon State Police spokesman Lt Gregg Hastings says at approximately 6:51 a.m., a Dodge Neon driven by 41-year-old Jennifer Erwin from Molalla, was traveling westbound on Highway 211 near milepost 10.

As the vehicle was negotiating a left curve, it traveled onto the gravel shoulder where Erwin lost control. The vehicle crashed through a wire fence into a field and rolled onto its top, coming to rest against a tree, Hastings said.

Erwin was injured and it took Molalla Rural Fire Protection District firefighters about 30 minutes to remove her from the vehicle.

Erwin was taken by LifeFlight to Oregon Health and Science University with non-life threatening injuries. She was using safety restraints and the car's airbags deployed.

OSP Portland Area Command office is completing the investigation.
