The FBI and Marion County Sheriff’s Office are asking the public’s help to identify a bank robber. The robbery occurred Thursday evening just after 5pm. The target of the robbery was a Wells Fargo inside the Safeway in the 3300 block of Lancaster.
The City of Salem has hired Norman Wright to serve as the City's new Community Development Director. He will begin work on October 2nd. The Community Development Director position was previously held by Glenn Gross, who retired last April.
