— Since the beginning of August 2014, members of the Portland Police Bureau Prostitution Coordination Team have been investigating a suspected human trafficker from the state of New York.

The human trafficker identified himself as "Tay" and responded to an undercover online advertisement PCT had posted during one of their missions.

"Tay" contacted our undercover officer and offered to be their pimp.

Undercover PCT officers maintained contact with "Tay" and he eventually agreed to come to Portland and meet the undercover officer believing they were a prostitute willing to work for him.

With the assistance of Homeland Security Federal Agents, "Tay" was identified as 24-year-old Clive Taguoa Morrison.

Morrison purchased a plane ticket to Portland and notified the undercover officers when he would arrive.

With the assistance of Homeland Security Federal Agents, Morrison was arrested at the Portland International Airport when he got off his flight on Monday September 29 in the evening.

Morrison was transported to the Multnomah County Jail, and lodged on two counts of Promoting Prostitution.
