A Seattle, Washington man was arrested Tuesday morning after an Oregon State Police senior trooper discovered approximately 52 pounds of marijuana inside a vehicle during a traffic stop on Interstate 5 near Tualatin.
Yesterday, at approximately 10:45 p.m., Milwaukie Police were dispatched to 2204 SE Bluebird Street in Milwaukie to assist medical personnel. A subject at the scene was later pronounced deceased. Milwaukie Police Detectives and the Clackamas County Major Crimes team responded and are currently investigating.

The operator of the Dodge Caliber,Tiffany Fefelov, age 27, her husband Fred Fefelov, age 34, and their daughter Mila Fefelov, age 7 months, from Sherwood, all suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash. The operator of the Suburban, Francis Hart, age 78, and his wife, Sally Hart, age 77, from Salem, were uninjured in the crash.
Initial investigation indicates a 2004 BMW sport utility vehicle driven by Adelina Teresa Barrera, age 80, from Tigard, was southbound on Interstate 5 when, for an unconfirmed reason, it traveled at a high rate of speed onto the shoulder though a grassy field and into a wooded area.

The Happy Valley Police is investigating a report of an unknown male attempting to lure a 10-year-old child into his red Toyota truck with a license plate containing the letters XQZ. Tips are sought. The male told the girl that her mother was in the hospital and that he was supposed to pick her up.
A man suspected in two bank robberies on Thursday, October 16, 2014, is now suspected in a third robbery, this time in Cottage Grove, Oregon. The Friday, October 17, 2014, robbery occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank branch inside the Safeway store located at 1500 E. Main in Cottage Grove at about 2:45 pm.

Conrad Engweiler in prison for the 1990 sexual assault and murder of his 16 year old Sunset High School classmate, was released on parole early this morning. Engweiler, who strangled Erin Tonna Reynolds when he was 15, has served about 24 years and eight 8 in custody.
